My name is Donell Allen; I am a Certified Massage and Neuromuscular Therapist and have been practicing body work since 2017.
This is actually a third career for me. A while back, I had unique experience of losing my job in administrative healthcare; over 25 years. It was here that I needed to decide if I still had a passion for healthcare or try something totally new. After a year of exploration, I found bodywork and discovered that I still have a passon for healthcare, in a much different and more rewardarding capacity and that is to work directly with you. I truly enjoy helping people be in touch with their bodies and be part of a care team.
I received my training at the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy and Health Education located in Emeryville, Ca. I use modalities such as Myofacial Therapy, Trigger Point, Reflexology, MFT, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shitasu, Pregnancy and more. I enjoyed and valued my time at NHI so much that I became an instructor to help give back and bring up more incredibile massage therapists into our society.
